Mercedes-Benz GLC 250D 4MATIC AMG LINE PREM PLUS

In my 70th year, and having retired, my wife and I decided to update our old Toyota Yaris with a much newer version "with bells and whistles, especially BSM" (not readily available here)! I sourced one at a Toyota Dealer in Belfast, but how to proceed? I would have no clue! Not to fear ... on my first visit to Dave and Bryan at CBC my fears were thrown out the window, and every question (there were many!) was answered professionally and phonecalls made and much paperwork sorted. I relaxed at home and they did the heavy lifting, and I had my Yaris Excel 1.5 hybrid in around two weeks. I would highly recommend the 2 lads at CBC ... they know their stuff, have all the contacts, and, above all the "experience" ... combine that with a gentle and professional approach. Family-run business with a professional approach. They mostly sell newer, higher-end cars, but I bought a 12-year-old Citroën C4. Some of the cheaper trade-ins might not get quite the same attention, and a few issues with my car could’ve been handled better at first. To their credit, they later offered a standard service, fixed a steering/suspension issue, and fitted two new tyres — all free of charge and outside of warranty. That really showed they care about customer satisfaction. A genuine team overall, but as with any used car, it’s worth checking everything carefully before buying.
