Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 AMG LINE E 4MATIC

Purchased a used car today for my daughter and have to say that from receptionist to salesman Gavin couldnt ask or expect better service. Even though wasn't a premium vehicle Gavin went through the whole transaction professionally and thoroughly as though it was a new car. Can't wait to pick it up after service and valet. Many thanks. Very poor customer service.. was highly interested in purchasing two different cars from this garage. Waited on a call back after the weekend on a trade in price for my own car. No call back so rang myself on Tuesday and was told the guy who dealt with me when I came into the dealers was busy and would call me back. Again no call back.. fair enough if they didn’t want to take the trade in but at least have the decency of notifying me!

In direct contradiction to their stated customer service, a car left with these people is still not addressed after 2 weeks of inaction. No apologies, no remedies no progress updates. My brother is still without a car and unlikely to purchase another from this organisation. EXTREMELY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.
