Mercedes-Benz GLC GLC 220 D 4MATIC AMG Line

I received notifications of problem with battery, happened twice returning to Ireland from abroad. Die not experience any problems on arrival and had none afterwards. Decided it was an error. Then I got another notification and contacted Fitzpatricks by email. They called me and arranged inspection that afternoon. Battery was faulty and replaced straight. Great service Fitzpatricks and I will not ignore notifications again.

I booked my service through the Mercedes Me app, and everything went fine except the car kept asking me to call and arrange a service. This stopped after a while when everything was sorted at the dealer end. Arrived at 8:45am and left shortly after 12 pm The quote i had been emailed in advance was accurate, except i needed 2 new tyres. I had an NCT about a month prior to the service, and the car passed with no comment on the tyres being worn. I needed to work from the dealership while my car was being serviced, and as with the previous service, i was directed to an area with high stools where i could work. The stools are far from healthy for your back if you are going to spend more than a short time sitting working. Service was excellent, and i was informed of all the work carried out. They even gave the car a nice clean and hoover.
