Mercedes-Benz GLC GLC220d Coupe AMG Line

I recently purchased a car from Connolly’s Mercedes-Benz Galway and had the pleasure of dealing with Brian Raftery, Sales Manager. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful or pressured, but that was never the case here. Brian took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, understood my requirements, and worked with me to find the right car at a competitive price. He was professional, engaging, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. What really stood out was his approach. There was absolutely no hard sell or pressure, just honest advice, clear communication, and excellent customer service. His follow up was first class, keeping me informed every step of the way and ensuring everything went smoothly. Most importantly, he was a genuinely lovely person to deal with and made the experience enjoyable and hassle free. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Brian to anyone else considering buying a car, and I look forward to doing business with him again in the future!

I would highly recommend Connolly’s Mercedes-Benz Galway. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional and seamless. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the whole process. A special mention to Ciara and Dolores, who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, the level of customer service was exceptional, and the entire process was handled with efficiency and care.
