I can't say thank you enough to Mark for today's sale. I finally bought my dream car - and in red too!!! I absolutely fell in love with it when I saw it advertised. When we came in to view the car it was in immaculate condition. No bull from the garage - sold in fab condition and without defects. They made the car absolutely spotless before I picked it up. Having been to Autoclass a few months ago for my husbands car we had a great experience. They were excellent to deal with particularly Mark who was brilliant from start to finish and went the extra mile with our son who has additional needs. Absolutely made his day giving him a toy car of his own to take home. We had explained cars was his specual interest to mark during our visit. This went a long way with us as it showed that they truly listen and care for their customers, another reason why I returned for my new car. When I came back to visit, I had a car in mind. I took it for a test drive but chatting to Mark and explaining what i was looking for, he redirected me to a car which much better suited my needs. Test drive and a coffee later I was happy to go ahead. Mark arranged a trade in for my old car which honestly took so much stress and hassle away from the process. He managed the trade from start to finish and all was needed was to hand over the keys - delighted! Mark explained everything in detail a great salesman but nothing was pushed and any requests or questions I had were answered and met. The car was ready to go within days. It is a very busy place and no wonder as the team and staff take great pride in their work and customer service delivery. If you are delayed or waiting on anyone in particular, head to Evolve next door and grab some grub and a drink (another excellent spot) have the louisiana wrap and thank me later! Car was presented fully valet and serviced as promised with the extra details Mark had agreed to provide too. Thanks again so much to Mark and all the team at Autoclass.
