If I could give 10 stars I would!! We were driving the Ring of Kerry when, right at the end of the day, we got a flat tire. Jerry O. Sullivan Motors came to our rescue within 20 minutes — they picked us up, flatbedded our car to their shop, and immediately got to work. Not only did they fix our flat, but they also noticed another tire that was completely bald and replaced it on the spot, making sure we were safe to continue our trip. This was a rental car, and they went above and beyond — everything was done in under 30 minutes. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. They even helped us contact our rental agency and insurance, provided all the necessary documentation, and guided us through the claims and refund process for the unsafe vehicle. It’s rare to find service this quick, thorough, and genuinely caring. We can’t recommend Jerry O. Sullivan Motors enough — they truly turned a stressful situation into a moment of relief and gratitude.

Paul fitted my rear lamp and fixed my bumper I was dropped off in town while the work was being carried out and Paul picked me up when the job was completed thats really going the extra mile ! Paul is a very friendly guy who I feel is trustworthy and I will definitely use O'Sullivans Motors in the future and highly recommend

We were so lucky to find this place, very friendly and effective. We had an emergency with our van while travelling and Paul solved it the same day! It was great so we could keep driving and using our van.
