Description
2023 MG4 Excite 51kWh — 23,000 km, one look and it’s gone. This is the electric hatch that made people stop treating cheap EVs as a compromise. Rear-wheel drive, 125 kW and 250 Nm on tap, 0–100 in 7.7 seconds, and it still looks sharp in that bright blue. 23,000 km. Pristine. No stories, no excuses. Why it works • 51 kWh battery, 350 km WLTP — real Irish mixed driving is typically high 200s to low 300s if you’re not hammering it. • 10–80% in around 39 minutes on a rapid charger. • Rear-motor layout: proper weight balance, tidy handling, not another numb front-drive grocery-getter. • 7-year / 150,000 km vehicle and battery warranty still has years left on it. • €120 motor tax, zero tailpipe, cheap home charging. • 363-litre boot, five seats, five-star Euro NCAP. You’re not buying a first-gen experiment. You’re buying a 2023 car that’s barely run in, already depreciated, and still under a long factory warranty. City, commute, weekend runs — it covers it without the range anxiety of older small EVs or the price of a bigger-battery MG4. Low miles. Clean body. That colour. Ready to drive away. If you want an EV that actually feels like a car instead of a spreadsheet, this is the one.

Wonderful experience buying our first car from Drimnagh. The whole team, especially Karl, was helpful throughout the whole process from test drive to delivery. Their demeanour also put us at ease. The collection of cars was also good, though not very extensive. Would strongly recommend to everyone looking to purchase a car.

Bought a BMW 3 series from Karl three weeks ago. He was willing to meet me on a Sunday as I couldn't get the time off work to view the car, and he was openly honest about what work it may need in the future, which wasn't much just tires and some body damage. He arranged for a new timing chain to be put in the car even though it wasn't necessarily needed, but I had requested it as it is too heavy a job to do on our own. I would definitely buy a car from here again as they seem to be genuine people and I appreciate the extra time they put into accommodating my awkward viewing time and collection. Absolute gentleman.

Bought a car in Drimnagh Motors recently. I was looked after by Karl. Very smooth transaction, can not fault the process in any way. Had a very minor issue which was sorted in a matter of hours by Graham the mechanic. Will definitely be my go to for future purchases.
