Overall good experience. I bought a Mazda from Shawn. He was nice and helpful, responded quickly to messages but... one key was missing. Shawn said that it was coded and would be delivered to me... unfortunately I have been waiting for over half a year and he stopped answering the phone... disappointing considering the amount I paid and the company's reputation, there is no after-sales service, at least in my case.
