She was always available to answer questions during the whole process and kept me up to date while we were waiting to collect. Picked up my new BYD Seal-U yesterday from Jess. Form first call to car collection and aftercare Jess has been amazing. Car arrived very quickly and Jess stayed in contact throughout the process. She answered questions today and has been wonderful to deal with. The car itself is amazing and incredibly high tech and value for money.
