I rang this dealer last year to enquire about buying a new car. I was greeted with a grunt for a start. The man wasn't interested in what I wanted, what I was trying to trade or any part of the conversation. He simply said sure call in if you're passing and have a look at what we have and hung up. Not surprisingly I used a different dealer. I rang yesterday to have the car serviced to be told to go back to where you bought the car, we are too busy, we are not taking new clients ! whatever that means?? I tried to "shop local" as I live 10 minutes away but as a result I would never consider this dealer again. Probably another message for the SPAM box ....
