I recently left my car into the service area for maintenance work. From the moment I booked the appointment it was a very pleasant experience. Complimentary teas and coffees are readily available and the staff are very friendly and attentive. During maintenance work, I was regularly updated as to what was happening and how long more it would take. I would highly recommend Cavanaghs of Charleville. We bought our car from Cavanaghs new in 2018 and 5 years later, we still experience the same quality of service as we did the first day.

Very reliable and efficient and friendly staff, my car was recalled and the service I received was very accommodating and professional. I wasn't able to make the appointment due to work commitments but they collected my car and given me a courtesy car so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. A huge thanks to all involved for the smooth transition, it was greatly appreciated
