Mini Cooper Level 3

It was a pleasure to visit dealership and special thanks to Graham. He is very professional and sound. The showroom does understand the customer satisfaction needs and acts accordingly. I recently booked a Mini with an advanced token amount however due to recent plans I had to call of the purchase but Colm Quinn understood my needs and refunded my money. Can't recommend this garage enough. We are on our 3rd change of mini with this garage and have found the service to be excellent. We dealt with Conor for the most recent change and I must say he was fantastic to deal with. Patient and in no way pushy regarding the sale (we made a couple of trips to decide colour etc and he was very accommodating) he made sure we were happy with all aspects of the car and the sale. He was keen that we got the car that best suited our needs and didn't push the more expensive options which was great to see. He has even checked in after the sale to make sure we were happy. The after sales service is also excellent with 2 cars in the house from the garage (one brand new one second hand from the motor store) we have had plenty of experience with the service department. Again we couldn't recommend them highly enough.
