Gen 1 Supercharged Mini Cooper S Convertible R52S Enthusiast Owned ! Very, very good overall condition for its age and I have used only new quality parts and serviced everything needed, changed the pulley tensioner, new belt, serviced the supercharger (which as seen in photo is in as new condition) fresh oil etc , changed the water pump, replaced all front oil seals, new gaskets throughout, changed the crankshaft pulley, new PCV valve, new spark plugs, fresh oil, coolant and brake fluid and more. The car has Xenon headlights, installed high quality road legal bulbs which give excellent night time visibility, not LEDS. New Sony with bluetooth etc. This car has several upgrades which are meaningful and useful, for example the front brakes are upgraded to the Generation 2 Cooper S calipers and discs which make the stopping power very stable and powerful. It has 18 inch wheels however the ride is not harsh at all and the handling from the suspension is excellent and reliable. It is very comfortable to drive. It has an aftermarket MSD Coil Ignition System. There is a subtle sports exhaust, not loud. Notable is that this car is a facelift model which means that it has a Getrag close ratio gearbox and the teflon coated supercharger from the JCW model. I have only bought facelift models with the Chilli Pack from factory so the car also has a Limited Slip Differential which adds to the secure handling considerably over the standard cars, particularly in the wet. New livery decals, exterior last year. The roof mechanism is as new and functions perfectly, the roof fabric is in excellent shape and is black to look at, no tears, seals are perfect and no leaks from the roof. The air con works perfectly. Choice of grey or bright silver interior, door and dash. Interior is excellent. Leather rear and half leather front, warm in Winter and not too hot in Summer.
