Mini Countryman CLASSIC CL53 4DR COOPER

I brought my car here last week for it's first service since purchasing. I had a great experience with James when booking it in for a service. He accommodated me with a courtesy car as I had an appointment with my son that morning and was able to return at my convenience. I was happy with my service report and video that got emailed to me as soon as my service was done and a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the service. He helped me transfer my belongings from the courtesy car to my own car in the lashings of rain. I would highly recommend bright Hyundai airside swords. Just collected my car from Conor . From the start to finish Conor was great - helped Me with all My questions and picking a car - spent time going through all the car - super customer service and well recommended Conor if you want a new or old car ! I did have a small issue after but rang and it was sorted very quickly thanks To Molly in the service department also she is very helpfully - well recommended !

Had a really good experience with bright Hyundai airside. Melanie and molly were both super helpful and very responsive. The car was left in great condition and the video of the service being done/ health check was a brilliant touch.
