However, the dealership’s customer services followed up immediately on my review by asking Ben, one of the sales team, to contact me. Ben is the ultimate professional, friendly and highly knowledgable. He handled my enquiry efficiently and we completed a deal. I took delivery today of an I4 and am delighted.
