Declan was an absolute pleasure to deal with from Day 1. You know when you meet someone he is a true Gent. I had a 231 Sportage to trade in for the EV5, this was back in November when the EV5 was only on paper for Ireland. He explained everything he was doing, kept me updated on the delivery date and even went up on the trade in value for my car when competition was growing from fellow Kia garage's.
