He explained the entire process clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and was also very helpful throughout the finance approval process. Mark, who looked after my brother, was also extremely professional, honest and helpful, and was very clear about all the details of the car. It is not always easy to find a place where you genuinely feel that the salesperson is there to help you rather than simply trying to make a sale. That was exactly how we felt here. Purchased my 4th car this week from Ignition Autos. Had my eye on the car on the website, put down a deposit before even test driving it. The lads were happy to hold on to the car while the finance and documents were being sorted. Darragh was a great help and kept me updated along the way.
