Nct today8/27,only 90mls,driving as new,NO OFFERS

My mother bought this car brand new,& let 2 of my daughters use it for there collage for the last few years,as she is elderly,& wasn't using it anymore,both of them past there driving test in it,& have now got newer & bigger cars,so its now up for sale,its got unbelievably low mileage on it,& just got brand new tyres,news brake discs & pads,& a full service for its nct,the timing belt was done only a few months back,it got a new windscreen too,so in all well over a thousand euro has just been spent on it,so unfortunately the price is fixed,& "non-negotiable"..... its a beautiful little car,& its doing nearly 70 miles per gallon,& because it's has the Nissan qashqai engine under the bonnet,its very powerful,for such a small car,but being the 'stepway' model,the ride height,is pretty high,making it very easy to get in & out of,the bodywork is more or less mint,for a 9yr old car,as is the interior, it needs absolutely nothing,only tax,which is only around €45 every 3 months i think,or €180 for the year,1st to see & drive will most certainly buy,thanks for looking.......NO OFFERS PLEASE.......as for its year & condition,its a bargain at that...thank you.
