He really takes time to have a chat and that is rarely seen in other companies. I’ve been dealing with Alan in Cooneys Motors for over 20 years and that alone says a lot. Most recently, I had a nightmare situation waiting nearly five months for a replacement battery for my Nissan Leaf. The delays were completely out of his hands, but Alan couldn’t have been better. He kept me updated, chased things up, and most importantly, he gave me the loan of a car for the entire wait so I wasn’t left stuck. That level of service is rare.
