I knew upfront the approximate cost and was contacted before anything extra was done and given choices. When I collected my car( within quoted time) it was spotlessly clean inside and out. We bought a brand new Kia shortage gt line in Jan, we first took a visit to Kia in October 24, where we met with Evan who from the very start was so helpful as we just weren't sure what we were looking if,and even if we were going to go brand new. Evan just made the experience of buy the Kia effortless, and had everything set up ready to go when we arrived in Jan to collect. We have just had our first service done and it was so easy to book in and it was ready within the time limit. The girl's at the service desk were a pleasure to deal with.
