He guided us every step of the way, took care of all the paperwork, and made everything remarkably simple and stress-free. He was always friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. When we collected the car, he spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining its various functions and controls, making sure we felt comfortable and confident before driving away. And by the way, we've now been driving that car for a few weeks, and we're delighted with it. It was exactly as described and is in superb condition.
