I dealt with Niall in sales and had a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was very relaxed, with no pressure at all. Niall was highly professional, yet also open and friendly, making the whole process easy and comfortable. He gave me the space to look over the car on my own, which I really appreciated. We agreed on a very fair trade in value for my own car. Although the car preparation took a little longer than expected, I was genuinely impressed by the level of detail and care they put into it before handing over the keys. A top quality service all around.

I was very happy with the service received - initially from Daniel Byrne via email and telephone call in arranging my visit to the Mall and then Craig Bourke who looked after me in purchasing the car. All went very smoothly and professionally. I was a bit apprehensive in choosing Windsor Mall given the negative feedback on some of the reviews but I went ahead and thankfully had a positive experience.

From the first phone call to the final signing of the paperwork I was extremely impressed with how professional everyone is in Windsor Motor Mall. They all made the process of buying a new vehicle very simple and relaxing. I could not be happier with the service I received. Special mention to salesman Joshua Doyle. Joshua was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience very enjoyable. I will return with more business.
