Nissan Leaf Leaf SV Premium 40 kWh

I’ve dealt with many dealerships over the years, but the team at Wexford Car Centre truly stands out when it comes to customer service. I purchased a Nissan Leaf from them over a year ago, and from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble. Even during servicing, clearly explaining everything they had done, and leaving a detailed vehicle health report neatly placed on the passenger seat. It’s the small touches like that which really impressed me. I’m currently considering either the new Nissan Leaf coming out or the upcoming Kia EV4 towards the end of the year, and without a doubt, Wexford Car Centre will be my first stop. Their attention to detail and customer care is on another level i feel.

Bought a car unseen from Wexford Car Centre, delivered to Cork. Evan was great to deal with, answered all questions, sent a video and answered all questions after delivery thoroughly, and very quickly. Sorted the logbook too after a slight delay on their side which is fine, have no issue there. I bought an Kia Niro EV, came with the original charging cable - along with a new one, and a granny charger. Also Evan helped sort out the free home charger with Energia, so top marks here across the board. Only negative thing I can say is that the trade-in offer was really low, but it is understandable - it was a 2012 BMW, they'd just be selling to a trader at a tiny markup if any, so I don't hold it against them.

My experience of using Wexford Car Centre to purchase my new car has been a very positive and pleasant one. Niall who I have been dealing with was very helpful on aspects of the car I was looking to buy and he explained all options available to me. He also provided a personalised video of the car which was very detailed and helped me with my final decision on the purchasing the car. Niall was not pushy or trying to put any pressure on me to purchase the car which was very welcomed. I would highly recommend Wexford Car Centre to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car.
