We were also highly satisfied with the trade-in valuation and the offer they made for my Mam’s old car; we considered it a very fair and transparent deal. Delivery day was simply memorable. Tim, who delivered up the car to us in Thurles, arrived at our driveway exactly *to the minute* of when he said they would! Not only did he hand over a Juke in pristine condition, but he also had the wonderful gesture of bringing a beautiful bouquet of flowers & card for my mam on behalf of Len. It was a lovely touch that really meant the world to her. On top of that, Len (and Tim) made all the paperwork completely hassle-free, quick, and seamless. Without exaggerating in the slightest, when it comes to buying a car, this has been to date by far the most positive experience I have had. And I don't just mean within the motor sector, but across any consumer or purchasing experience in general it would be fair to say. Professionalism and above all, exceptional customer care.
