Excellent experience. Really impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The whole process was simple, fuss free and very easy. All the people I dealt with with were efficient and professional, Pat K is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about not only his product but his service.

I phoned Ballybrittas Motors last Thursday as there was a strange noise in my car & I wanted to get it looked at. The service ladies were extremely helpful & got me booked in for inspection on the Friday. After listening to the noise they decided to sort me out with a loan car so I could head to work. Pat got this sorted for me as quickly as he could & I was on my way. On Monday evening I got a call to say my car was sorted & ready to be collected. I was delighted with the service I received & everyone I met in the establishment was very friendly & accommodating. Would highly recommend using Ballybrittas Motors. Thanks for all your help

You won't find more irresponsible staff than here. Especially James from parts. Ordered the wrong key for my car. Waited 5 weeks instead of 10 working days. Never even said sorry. At the end he is saying that if I have any queries to contact Skoda from Germany not them, even though I paid them for the part and for service.
