Very good garage to deal with. Bought a 13 hyundai i40, drove from Dublin to collect and we are very happy with it so far. Its driving great and in spotless condition. Delighted with my new car! Needed a car asap after a drunk driver wrote off my old car. I was dealing with Roland from start to finish and he was a pleasure to deal with! Roland was in touch with the finance company and sorted it between himself and the company, I didn’t have to do a thing only turn up and view the car! I got an apt for the next day to view the car, I had to get the bus down with my partner as Monro Motors is based in Waterford and I’m from cork, Roland offered to collect myself and my partner from the city to bring me to his dealership. A very kind offer as it is about 20 mins outside the city, I had already arranged a spin prior. Communication was second to none! You can tell Roland really takes pride in his work. My car in unbelievable, Outstanding service and an overall lovely man to deal with, I couldn’t recommend Roland and Monroe Moters enough! Very reasonably priced as well and car is in great condition. I bought a Mazda 6 3 weeks ago, I am very pleased with the service and customer focus. The turbine in the car was changed before the sale and I received a 1-year warranty; when the error was displayed, the sensor in the car was replaced free of charge.
