Nissan Qashqai 2012, low milage

To make things even easier, he provided me with a loaner car for the entire duration of the repair. This level of customer care made what was a very stressful situation much easier to manage. The electrical issue has now been resolved, and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, communication, and commitment shown by Michael. His after-sales support has been exceptional, and it's clear he genuinely stands behind the cars he sells. We bought 2 cars just recently from this garage, found Michael to be very easy going and helpfull he left cars ready for us for when we got there. There was few issues with the cars through no fault of his. He was quick from the get go in sorting us out, he even went as far as to deliver one of them to us himself.
