This is very very busy spot the lads are under emence pressure trying to get off parts and and please people at the counter...I found the lads bang on to deal with and got my parts in good time ...great to see small businesses like helping communities...👍 would always recommend.. 👍

I rang spoke to Mark, he was instantly able to tell me that part was in stock, no long waiting time on phone, part was ready when I arrived. Excellent service, keep up the good work

Visited today and had a very disappointing experience at reception. As we entered, we were trying to explain our car model and the parts we were looking for, but the staff member interrupted us twice in a rude and loud tone asking, “What part are you looking for?” without properly listening. He then asked us to wait, and after 10–15 minutes simply said the part was not available. There was no effort to ask about any other parts we needed or offer any help or alternatives. The overall attitude was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. We decided not to continue there and later visited Kilcock Car Dismantlers, where we had a much better customer experience and found what we were looking for.
