Collected my new Dacia Duster Hybrid today. Such a great experience dealing with the staff at Blackstone. Last November met with Ivan who helped us choosing our car. Answered all our queries in a very positive and professional manner. He is very friendly and stayed in contact with us from November till today when we picked the car up. Victoria is so professional in her dealings with the customer. She helped us through every part of the process with patience explaining everything in detail A brilliant team Ivan and Victoria. Couldn't fault Blackstone from the first day I made enquiries until today when I picked up my new Renault 5. The staff are super friendly, extremely helpful and not pushy, which are my top 3 when buying a car. Shout out to Andrew & and Vicky, who both have the patience of a saint! Finance was arranged very quickly and without any hassle whatsoever. Will definitely be my first port of call when it comes time to change again!
