Nissan quashqui 2007 super condition

Nissan quashqui, our family car for the last 12 years . Always serviced, never missed a beat . Everything works as it should. Panoramic roof ... Exterior is as clean as you will get for the year other than 1 small shopping trolley mark on the passenger rear door and a couple of buggy marks on the boot lip ..as seen in pictures. . I do need to hoover the interior with only one small wear on the driver seat bolster. Engine running perfect ,no leaks clean tidy engine bay and has recent oil and filter change , new plugs and air filter 👌 tyres are 70% brake pads the same ... Has had new catalytic converter 2000 km ago . Engine is serviced . No warning lights . No tax or Nct . Bad points : 1...Clutch needs to be done , can test drive but cant give it the beans as Clutch is slipping. 2. If fussy the passenger rear brake caliper needs a service as is wearing pads sooner than the rest . Had been a brilliant and honest car for us over the last 12 years. Many miles left in her .. my other half has upgraded so only reason for sale..was a daily driver up to a month ago. Didn't bother putting through test as 5km to work and back , but will pass 1st whip .. Many thanks for looking .
