What You’ll Do Identify and supply the correct parts to trade and retail customers. Handle all customer inquiries via phone, email, online, and in-store with professionalism. Organise and manage incoming and outgoing stock Update and maintain website. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Need No experience needed – full training will be provided. Strong work ethic, reliability, and presentation. A genuine interest in cars and the motor trade. Basic computer literacy. A friendly, helpful attitude and a desire to deliver top-level customer service. A clear, confident telephone manner and willingness to learn about our products.
