I had a gearbox service and brake fluid flush carried out on my 2021 BMW 530e by the lads at Bimmerwise, and I couldn’t fault the experience. They took the car on Monday evening to suit my schedule, started work on Tuesday, drained the gearbox overnight, and had everything completed and ready for me by Wednesday evening. All work was properly programmed and logged into the BMW database, and I was given a printed work report along with a full drive-through explanation. Everything was done in a very clean, professional manner — even down to the small touches like the bubble-gum air freshener.
