Great service from Gerry at Shields Hyundai. He gave me a reasonable trade in on my own car and so far so good with my New Ionic 5. He was always on the end of the phone while I was deciding and answered any queries I had.

Tomás was very patient with all my questions about the Kona, it was my first time considering the hyundai brand but was a previous electric car owner. I called in on a Friday and the following Monday to test drive the Kona electric again and was impressed the second time even more. His knowledge of the electric car was impressive, great hints and tips offered and deal done. Great handover on the collection day with app set up seamlessly. Initial meet on 7th March and collected car on 20th March which was a great turnaround. Thanks to all at Sheils Hyundai for your customer service. First impressions do count.

Overall it was a great experience working with Gerry and the rest of the team to get our new car. The service was top class and the car is exactly what we were looking for our family. All round we are very happy with how everything was handled and would recommend Sheil’s Hyundai.
