Great experience with Michael Moore Portarlington. I had an ongoing issue with my Mercedes that had previously been misdiagnosed elsewhere, leading to unnecessary work and the problem still not being resolved. Michael Moore quickly identified the real cause, explained everything clearly, and handled the repair properly from the start. They diagnosed the fault efficiently, kept me updated throughout, and got everything sorted without delay. The issue was fixed correctly and at a fair cost, which was a huge relief after my previous experience. Overall, very professional, fast, and good communication. Call service on Tuesday to see about getting brake pads replaced, Liam looked up my service history and reminded me my discs were also due for replacement soon. He got to work to get necessary parts and called me the next day as promised to arrange getting the job done (once parts were available) on Thursday.
