Opel Astra One Lady owner from new 1.4 cc Petrol

I bought a Maxus Deliver 9 van from Traynors Garage last year and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Damien was excellent to deal with from the start — very straightforward, helpful, and no pressure at all. The after-sales service has been just as good, with Denis looking after everything since. The follow-up and support have been top-notch. It’s great to deal with a garage that actually stands over what they sell. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again in the future. 👍

Recently had to take my car down from Donegal to Traynors as they were the closet dealership to honour my warranty. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. From the moment I rang to enquire, they corresponded with the main supplier in Dublin to get the parts I thought was needed but when they had the car on their computer it was clear that other parts were needed. They ordered same and then got the Dublin office to contact a dealership in Northern Ireland to honour my warranty which is closer but usually only honours a 3 year warranty. I was even given a lift by proprietor to collect my hire car in Athlone. I Couldn’t recommend Damien, AnneMarie & Denis and all the staff enough. They have great morals and values and truly care for their customers.

Traynors Garage Ballygar is without question the best garage I have ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. Their professionalism is 5 star, with impeccable attention to detail and curteous manner. I highly recommend.
