I went with my friend to buy a car. We travelled from Ennis and checked out a few places and were going to go to Kilkenny and Cork. We didnt have to. Shane was an absolute delight to deal with. Approachable and professional. We got a great deal on a Dacia 2024. He even said he wouls throw in a Opel Rugby ball for me that was for show with recdnt rugby games when my friend returns to pick car up in a few day as they are doing a full service at the moment. (Its the little things) . He also said, once he realised the distance we travelled and will have to travel again to pick it up, that he would fill the car full with petrol. We are only back a few hours but as a local guide I had to leave a comment as credit is given where credit is due... So far so good. I wont be able go return with friend on Friday and I know the questions to ask (its the Kerry woman in me) so I have compiled a short list of questions that I feel confident they will answer as they are genuine sellers and appreciate this is a big purchase for someone. Thank you Shane for your down to earth cooperation and also the rugby ball for me. My nephews will be delighted.

Bought a B10 from Florian, from the moment we went in, he was extremely helpful, no pressure. Took the time to listen to our requirements, suggested 2 cars, and then after test drives explained benefits of each. Florian also was transparent in how he valued our trade in. After taking the deposit, Florian explained the process, kept us updated. On the day of pick up, again plenty of time allocated to talk us through the car features, personalised for us. Florian did 2 follow-up calls with us to see how things were going and if we needed any support. All in all a very good customer experience, and I've recommended Florian to some colleagues who are thinking of changing car.
