Thanks to Florian, by far the best experience I have had of buying a car i have had at any dealership. Florian was knowledgeable, patient and kind and engaged in a unpressurising way. I had test driven three cars that day at different dealerships, I can say that dealing with Florian was the best experience and I found the right car for me. Florian worked hard to make arrangements for a quick and smooth transition from my rental car to collection of the new vehicle and assisted me with getting to the garage on the day which is greatly appreciated. What could be a stressful experience in dealing with new car ownership all of the paperwork etc was made feel very calm, relaxed and professional process.
