I purchased my Nissan Juke with this company & with the much needed help from Ross. He is fantastic and so lovely. He gave me every bit of information and advice around choosing/buying a car! He has your best interests at heart and makes everything super easy! Brilliant communication, nothing is too much for him, he’ll help in any way he can. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond. My old car was barely going to make it through the week and Ross and his team managed to get things moving so I was able to have the car within a couple of days. Went to view a vehicle and dealt with Connor Donnelly. Definitely not a typical salesman. He was warm, friendly, listened to what we were saying and had a great attitude towards the customer. Although the car was what we were looking for Connor’s performance definitely sealed the deal.

After 14 months of frustration and zero resolution from the Vauxhall helpline, these two stepped in and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive—nothing was too much trouble.
