Opel Mokka Elite 1.2i (130PS) S/S Auto

I had the most wonderful customer experience yesterday at John Kelly (Waterford) Ltd, and I truly believe many businesses could learn from their attentive and friendly approach. I brought my Opel in following a recall notice, and as this was my first visit, I didn’t quite know what to expect. From the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed and even addressed by name. I was offered a lift if needed, and the friendly receptionist kindly made me a coffee. While I was there, I couldn’t help but notice how every customer who entered was greeted with the same warmth and respect. The showroom and surrounding areas were absolutely spotless, reflecting the professionalism of the entire team. When I returned later that day, my car was ready, washed, and hoovered — a gesture I was extremely grateful for. To top it all off, one of the sales team kindly came to my aid and opened the door as I was struggling with some bags. It was such a thoughtful act — proof that the age of chivalry is certainly not gone! Thank you all so much for such an excellent experience. Purchased a Frontera GS Hybrid 10 days ago. It's a very comfortable car and handles very well on road. It has excellent safety features and is a big improvement on the Crossland I traded in. Sales manager, Martin Doyle, was extremely helpful and efficient to deal with and always very welcoming. I have found that all the staff I meet in John Kelly Opel from reception , sales or service ,are friendly, helpful and courteous.
