Opel Mokka SRI 1.2i (100PS) S/S 6 Speed

After a really poor experience with another Mazda dealership in Cork, bringing my car to O'Leary’s Mazda in Bandon for warranty work was the best decision I could have made. The experience here was night and day. ​Chloe was extremely professional, friendly, and brilliant to deal with in person. I also dealt with Cian over the phone when booking in, and he was just as professional. They coordinated everything seamlessly. ​Sophie, one of their mechanics, diagnosed the issue straight away and passed the details to Chloe, who called me immediately to explain the warranty approval and next steps. Seeing skilled female mechanics like Sophie on the workshop floor was fantastic to see. ​I also really appreciated that they asked before washing the car (no thanks — no offence! 😊). Most garages just drag a dirty sponge over the paint without asking, so checking with me first showed real attention to detail and respect for the vehicle. ​A smooth, positive, and hassle-free experience from start to finish. Even though my yearly service was already done elsewhere, I’ll strictly be using O'Leary's for all my servicing going forward. Highly recommended.

Servicing was fantastic to deal with. They helped me at very short notice this week to resolve an issue because we needed the car for a trip abroad. The team really went above and beyond to get everything sorted. From the reception staff to the service technicians, the level of customer service was outstanding throughout. Everyone was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The staff is very helpful and had good verity of cars to choose from and test drives a few cars, and found one that im completely satisfied with and they held it for me till I returned... thank you Joseph 10/10
