Bought a lovely low milage 2016 a3. Richard was lovely to deal with and the process was very smooth. Timing belt and water pump was done before I bought it by their partner garage unfortunately the crank seal started leaking onto the timing belt and I contacted richard and he booked me in the next day no hassle at all and sorted everything out. Even gave me a courtesy car. Honestly couldn’t recommend a better garage with better staff. Not many garages around like this that will put their customers first. Will definitely be returning for my next car.

I’m writing this review after six months of owning the car, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this garage. After the test drive, the vehicle unfortunately developed a fault, but Richard handled the issue promptly and professionally. Since collecting the car, it has been an absolute pleasure to drive.
