Very impressed with my most recent service at Divanes. Received prompt updates on what needed to be done and looked for my approval before those jobs were carried out. Happy to recommend them as a reliable VW dealer and after care service.

Very friendly and well informed service team . Provided detailed information about the work required and gave clear break down of costs. I asked that I be informed by text when the car was ready for collection.The text arrived at the estimated collection time. I dealt with Sean Lyons on arrival but all service staff were courteous. The service area has a comfortable waiting area and you could pass some time reviewing class cars in the sales area across the road. There is also an exceptional cafe restaurant a short walk up the street at the same side of the road called Pats.

Always receive top quality service when attending Divanes Vw Garage. Customer Service was top notch as per usual. Would always recommend them for a service and they give great feedback on condition of your car and any necessary work that needs to be done. Only thing is i miss the complementary car wash, but thats not a deal breaker.
