⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought a Kia Picanto for my wife from Alan at Charton Motor Company, and the whole experience was excellent. Alan was friendly, honest, and very helpful from start to finish. The car was exactly as described, and the process was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Alan and Charton Motor Company to anyone looking for a reliable car and great customer service. Thank you again!

I had a really good experience with Alan and Charton Motor Company. A couple of issues came up with the car after I bought it, but Alan was fair, helpful, and easy to deal with, and he made sure everything was sorted properly. Communication was clear from the start, and I really appreciated the after-sales service. Buying a used car can sometimes come with a few unexpected problems, so it was reassuring to know that Alan and the team were happy to help and get things resolved. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Charton Motor Company.

I had an excellent experience with Charlton Motors. Alan was professional, friendly, and made the whole car-buying process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave honest advice, which made me feel confident in my purchase. What impressed me most was the after-sales service. When I had a small issue with the car, I contacted Alan and he arranged for it to be fixed immediately under the warranty. There was no hassle at all—he simply took care of everything, which gave me great peace of mind. It’s rare to find a dealership that genuinely looks after its customers even after the sale. Alan and the team at Charlton Motors provide exceptional customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car and outstanding support. Thank you again, Alan!
