Niall was highly professional, yet also open and friendly, making the whole process easy and comfortable. He gave me the space to look over the car on my own, which I really appreciated. We agreed on a very fair trade in value for my own car. Although the car preparation took a little longer than expected, I was genuinely impressed by the level of detail and care they put into it before handing over the keys. All went very smoothly and professionally. I was a bit apprehensive in choosing Windsor Mall given the negative feedback on some of the reviews but I went ahead and thankfully had a positive experience.

From the first phone call to the final signing of the paperwork I was extremely impressed with how professional everyone is in Windsor Motor Mall. They all made the process of buying a new vehicle very simple and relaxing. I could not be happier with the service I received. Special mention to salesman Joshua Doyle.
