Shane handled my appointment in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner. Everything that needed to be done to my car was clearly explained beforehand. There wasn’t time at the end to clean the car but I was invited back on another day to get it done. Overall a good experience with this garage.

We purchased a 2026 Ioniq5 from Divers Hyundai after having looked at and test driven most of the other cars in its class (e.g. Volvo, Kia, Volkswagen and Toyot).. Unlike some of the other car dealers, everyone we interacted with, from reception to sales, was pleasant and knowledgeable. Once we had made the purchase decision our sales person, Ray, walked us through each step of the process so we'd know what to expect. When shipment of our car was delayed we were provided with a loaner car. Ray walked us through completing the final documents and provided a super orientation of our new car. Totally satisfied and would highly recommend.

Everything was clearly explained to me, I was kept updated throughout, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. I was especially grateful that they were able to provide me with a car when all the courtesy cars were already out, that really went above and beyond and made a stressful situation so much easier to manage.
