From the moment I made the booking with the Service Manager Ian Malone, it was a very positive and seamless experience. When I was making the booking, Ian was very professional, friendly and attentive. He took the time to explain what the service would entail and he offered me a courtesy car to take me to my workplace, which was really appreciated. I received a reminder text the day before the service due date, which was very helpful. When I dropped my car off before going to work ,the team that I met were very helpful and friendly.. I was taken to my courtesy car and off I drove to work with no inconvenience whatsoever! When the service was complete and my car was ready for collection, I received a pro forma invoice by email and everything was itemised clearly with no hidden extras.. 👍 When I arrived to collect my car, I was pleasantly surprised and delighted to see that it had also been washed for me, which was so unexpected and appreciated ✨ I received a follow up text asking if I had any queries, which was also a lovely caring touch. The pricing was very fair and I left feeling confident in the work that was done. I would highly recommend Sheils Garage Ennis to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and top-class car service. Recently bought our new Peugeot 3008 from here. From start to finish the service was outstanding. We dealt with Jack from the first day and he provided a great service and made sure if we had any queries they were answered promptly. On the day I picked up the car Jack made sure I was comfortable with the set up of the car before I left the premises. We will definitely be returning in the future.
