Very professional staff. I don't trust people easily but over the last 4/5 months I have got to know the staff in the service dept. and they really have earned my trust. They were very open and honest in all my dealings with them (and there has been quite a few). I would especially like to mention Robbie, Michael and Sarah. Thank you for all your help.

I want to say thank you to the Hyundai mechanic for the good job you did with my car. I was asking myself why I didn’t go to Hyundai before going to local mechanics who messed up my car at a hefty price. My car is running so smoothly now. I just want to ask if that’s how the brakes should feel because it’s like they are too tight. Other than that, I’m really satisfied with your job. I will be servicing my car with Hyundai henceforth because they understand their products better. 100%

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.
