Although the car preparation took a little longer than expected, I was genuinely impressed by the level of detail and care they put into it before handing over the keys. All went very smoothly and professionally. I was a bit apprehensive in choosing Windsor Mall given the negative feedback on some of the reviews but I went ahead and thankfully had a positive experience.
