I cannot say enough about how amazing Wes and Bob are. The situation with my 2001 Audi TT was weird at best, super high mileage, had to tow it to the shop after another shop in town no-quoted me. Even over the phone the guys knew almost immediately what needed to be done. I put a lot of trust in them for this job without being able to physically be there, and wow did they deliver. Amazing with constant communication. They rebuilt my shifter linkages and cut me an additional key at a super reasonable price. Not only that, they were more than accommodating when I couldn’t come pick up the car for a little longer than intended. Sorry guys!! But thanks so much again! The blue TT made it all the way home 1400+mi!!! Unrelated to them: (and then, the day it arrived home, suddenly blew out the plastic firewall heater core coolant connector on an errand to the gas station hahahaha)

For a fella who's a bit surprised he's lived this long and this well, it's always a jolt of welcome reaffirmation to come across a company that provides honest assessments and quality service at a fair price. Such was my experience yesterday with MF Auto in having my air conditioning repaired on my prized Volkswagen Touareg TDI. No BS, no bait and switch, no rudeness. All thumbs up.

I’ve driven by or seen advertisements for MF Auto for several years, so I’ve always known they were around. Now that I own a VW Tiguan, I had been looking for a shop that wasn’t dealer based and that focused on certain brands. From my initial contact via email to today when I actually went to the shop for an oil change and inspection, the staff has been nothing short of excellent. Professional, kind, knowledgeable. Not the pushy type who pushes extra services or products, but makes informed suggestions about what should be done down the road. That’s the kind of staff I like! Definitely a fan, and look forward to doing business again soon! Thanks again fellas!
