Niall was highly professional, yet also open and friendly, making the whole process easy and comfortable. He gave me the space to look over the car on my own, which I really appreciated. Although the car preparation took a little longer than expected, I was genuinely impressed by the level of detail and care they put into it before handing over the keys.
